Andrew Heaton: Standup Comedian

Andrew Heaton is a clean observational comic who models himself after Jerry Seinfeld and Norm McDonald. He has performed standup comedy throughout the United States, Germany, Australia and Britain, including at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (the largest comedy festival in Europe). The Broadway Comedy Club declared him “New York’s Greatest New Comedian, 2013.” He was the resident comedian at Edinburgh’s Saturnalia Cabaret, and is a member of the Pardon the Pundit political comedy troupe in Washington, DC. He studied improv at NY Upright Citizens Brigade and at The People’s Improv Theater, and is a Comedy Fellow with the Moving Picture Institute. He’s played at Gotham Comedy Club, The Stand, and the World Comedy Club.

Heaton takes clever observations about culture, psychology and politics, then shovels jokes on top to the point of obscuring his actual point. He is based in New York, and available to perform standup comedy at corporate events, colleges and political fundraisers.
